The project, job and time costing module has been designed with
the flexibility to cater for all types of costing requirements comprehensively
including the Construction
Industry Scheme (CIS) (Click here for more
information)
Projects and jobs are set-up in a unique three-dimensional tree,
which in itself provides an unparalleled level of analysis. Projects
and jobs can be grouped into contracts to provide analysis at a
group level as well as by individual project/job. You can explore
and drill-down into every conceivable area of the costing system
over any period of time, providing the ultimate tool for monitoring
and controlling costs.

In addition to providing employee and sub-contractor
ledgers with a built-in time sheet entry facility, the module is
fully integrated with the financial, stock and order processing
modules.
Any type of transaction from these modules can be posted to a
job and costs will accumulate automatically.
An Invoicing wizard provides a useful tool for invoicing jobs
each of which can be defined as fixed price, costs plus or time
and materials.
Work in progress and committed costs are also calculated automatically,
and two sets of budgets, original and revised, can be held at any
level. A ' retention's diary' keeps track of sales and purchase
retention's, automatically raising invoices when they become due.
