Authoris-e™
- Authorisation Workflow
By combining the power of Enterprise's paperless module together
with the customisation capabilities of the Exchequer .NET SDK (Software
Developers Kit), Exchequer has developed a powerful system which
allows managers to approve and authorise transactions via email.

When a user enters a purchase requisition or order which exceeds
their limit, they need to select the Authorise option, which creates
an email with an image of the transaction attached and sends it
to the user's supervisor. Upon receipt of the email, the manager
can approve it by replying with an authorisation code. The transaction
is stamped with a complete audit trail of the authorisation process
it has been through. |
