We are delighted to tell you about a new seminar we have added to educate2011 covering Visual Report Writer and Form Designer which will be presented by Jo Stringer from the HBP Group Exchequer team. The seminar replaces the “How Good is your Customer Service?” session at 3pm which has unfortunately been cancelled.

Visual Report Writer Training with £500 off & End of Windows Report Writer Support

From November 1st support is no longer available for Windows Report Writer which was originally introduced in version 5.61 several years ago. This product has now been replaced by Visual Report Writer which has many more features than its predecessor and allows for customised reports to be created much quicker with a ‘wizard’ set up.

Your Windows Report Writer will still continue to work and old reports will still run in it but support is no longer available for this module. We would advise that any new reports that you wish to create are now written in the Visual Report Writer module, as this is supported.

educate2011 Preview: Iris Exchequer Hints and Tips

In anticipation of educate2011 on November 18th we spoke to Jon Rowland of Iris Exchequer this month to get some more information. Jon will be joining us for a Hints and Tips session which will look at the best way to use Iris Exchequer for timesheets, expenses and authorisations. Although Iris have recently released Iris Exchequer LIVE, which manages these services, Jon will be looking at ways in which non-LIVE users can use their existing system to the best of its abilities as well as taking a sneak peak at the new features available.

IRIS Exchequer to present at educate2011!

We are delighted to announce that Jon Rowland from IRIS Software will be joining us at educate2011 on November 18th 2011 at our offices in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. This annual event focuses on presentations offers hints and tips for finance software users, IT users and CRM users and following the success of the event in 2010 we are expecting a high turnout again this year.

Jon, a Business Consultant for IRIS, is incredibly knowledgable on the IRIS Exchequer suite of products and in his ‘Hints & Tips’ session he will be looking at ways in which expenses, procurement and timesheets can be managed most effcetively in IRIS Exchequer, and also in IRIS Exchequer LIVE. No matter how your system is set up you will find valuable tips and advice on how to carry out these regular tasks from Jon’s presentation.

educate2011 is a day full of presentations by the HBP Group and our software partners, and as well as IRIS Exchequer will also include presentations on eCommerce and Email Marketing from ProspectSoft CRM, the upcoming PAYE and Pension changes, Document Management implementation from Document Logistix as well as sessions from Symantec, Citrix and the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
