By upgrading your system you will also move onto the latest version of Iris Exchequer (subject to any existing bespoke work you have) and will be able to benefit from the Iris Exchequer LIVE modules which are only available for Microsoft SQL edition users. By utilising Microsoft SQL you will be moving to a standard platform which will bring your system in-line with today’s technology and allow you to integrate you system with many other software packages and utilities.

Iris Exchequer LIVE offers a number of web enabled modules for managing and entering timesheets, expenses and e-Procurement online. This is a huge benefit to any company whop have staff which operate away from the office but still need to be able to enter, or access, key information.

User Defined Fields
This plugin extends on the user definable fields already in IRIS Exchequer and allows you to create validation rules for them. Validation can be set as:

- Mandatory lists
- Optional Lists
- Additional Dates (Optional/Mandatory)
- Validation of any field entry

This level of validation which can also ensure formats are met when data is entered allow you to gain a better understanding of your customers by reporting on these fields and knowing that the results are accurate.

With this plugin you gain a better understanding of your customers as you can report on your user definable fields and know that the data contained in them matches a format you have previously set, so your reports are accurate and data isn’t missed.

Main Features:

User Defined Fields
Gain a better understanding of your customers by storing more data. Version 6.9 brings an additional 6 User Defined Fields to IRIS Exchequer, making for a total of 10.<

Audit Trail
Record the date and time of when a stock, job, customer or supplier record, or a transaction is created or edited. This allows you to look back on a record to see exactly when changes were made.

Other enhancements:

- Grouping options within the Bank Reconciliation Wizard have been improved.
- The ability to modify Trader Record discounts to display to 2 decimal places.

This is only a snippet of a long list of changes that are coming in version 6.9, however it is worthwhile remembering that whilst IRIS Exchequer make every effort to include as many of the changes they specify, the list may change.
