IRIS Exchequer LIVE is a web enabled module which enables you to manage three key areas of your business online to save time and allow remote users to complete timesheets, submit or authorise expenses and gain visibility of your procurement procedures online.
By allowing staff to submit timesheets online you will be able to save time in re-keying data and allow staff to enter details even if they are away from the office. You can also base new timesheets on historical ones (saving time on timesheet entry), start an expense claim directly from a timesheet and record hours on a ‘per day’ basis.
Online expense authorisations mean that managers can approve (or disapprove) expense claims remotely as well as being able to set threshold limits on expense categories, record mileage details, start new claims based on historical claims, attach notes to an expense claim and start a timesheet from an expense claim.
The IRIS Exchequer LIVE eProcurement gives you visibility and control over all of your purchasing decisions and relationships and allows you to create and manage a host of purchase transactions including purchase requisitions, orders, delivery notes, invoices and credit notes.
